Terms of Service

1. The agreement
By using SupaCV (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use SupaCV.
3. Subscriptions + billing
- Free plan is free forever within its limits.
- Paid plans (Pro / Career) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion. Email hello@supacv.com with your case.
- Failed payments are retried for up to 3 weeks before downgrade.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights
- Submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes IP
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our API (rate limits apply)
- Use SupaCV to spam or harass others
- Resell or redistribute Service output without permission
5. AI-generated content
Resume tailoring, cover letters, and interview questions are generated by AI. Output may be inaccurate, biased, or non-original. You're responsible for reviewing all AI output before using it. SupaCV makes no guarantee about employment outcomes.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to resumes, target roles, and other content you create. We get a limited licence to process and display your content as needed to operate the Service. With your opt-in, anonymised content may contribute to peer benchmarks.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
You can terminate your account from Settings → Danger Zone at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaCV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid SupaCV in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to active accounts.
